Taylor Nielsen
President
Taylor graduated from the University of Utah in 2010. After school he started working for Ogden City and has been there for the last 9 years. He is currently the Assistant City Engineer for Ogden.
Russell Funk
Vice President
Russ is the City Engineer for the Heber City. Prior to his move to Heber City, he worked as a consultant in Southern Utah for 10 years.
Cody Howick
Board Director
Works for Civil Science in St. George. Is the City Engineer for Kanab City and works with other communities in Southern Utah.

Matt Robertson
Past President
Matt has worked in city engineering since 2006 and graduated from the University of Utah in 2010 with a BS in Civil Engineering. He currently works at Jones and Associates and is the City Engineer for Harrisville City and Farr West City.

Works at ESI Engineering and is the City Engineer for Centerville City.
Rod Mills

Works for Galloway and works with communities in Southern Utah.
