Heber City Corporation has an immediate opening for a full-time Staff Engineer. This job requires the following essential functions: Performs a variety of professional and administrative duties serving as an Engineering Project Manager on various projects and performing additional managerial responsibilities. Understands development processes and enforces City policies and codes relating to new development. Performs administrative and technical functions for City infrastructure projects involving streets, water, irrigation, sewer, and stormwater systems. Work requires the exercise of judgment and discretion in organizing, directing, and controlling the design and construction of city infrastructure.

Required: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Utah Professional Engineering License (or must obtain within 6 months of hire), and a minimum of four (4) years experience.
Preferred: Experience providing/overseeing municipal development review services.

Pay range Staff Engineer: $74,910 – $112,365 Depending On Qualifications.
