BYLAWS

ARTICLE 1

At the fall meeting of the ASSOCIATION, the order of business may be as follows, but may be suspended by a majority vote of the members present:

(1)    Roll Call
(2)    Presentation of Minutes
(3)    Communications
(4)    Report of President
(5)    Report of Secretary
(6)    Report of Treasurer
(7)    Report of Committees
(8)    Election of Officers
(9)    Unfinished Business
(10)  New Business

ARTICLE 2

These Bylaws may be amended by a majority vote of the members present at an annual meeting.
